 Camp Information

At Covenant Hills

What: Football Camp at Covenant Hills - Otisville

We Leave:  Sunday, August 8th . Leave at 2:00 p.m. by bus from the high school parking lot.

Camp Information: This Camp is for the first three days of regular practice

                                    August   9, 10, 11

Who:    Varsity and JV players.   This camp replaces the first three days of practice.

Cost:  (a)   $100.00      Please pay by August 4th

Requirement: Players MUST have a physical form turned in to the coach or on file in the athletic office.

Supervisors: Coaches   Thomas, Boyles, Caudill, Cerniglia, Henson, Suchy, Donahue, Harvey, Saie, Linse

            Includes all Meals, and Bus ride to and from Covenant Hills.

Please return the bottom portion of the third  page with either $100.00 cash or a check made out to           South Lyon Football Boosters

Reminder: All players must have a PHYSICAL on file to go to camp.

Return the Permission slip and the Money By WEDNESDAY August 4th

There is a Mandatory Player/Parent meeting hosted by South Lyon Athletics

Individual Necessities for Camp

• Helmet with Mouth Piece
• Pen, Pencil, Notebook
• T- Shirts ( several) light colored for workouts
• Shorts (several) for workouts
• Socks ( several pairs) for workouts
• Tennis shoes for use in the indoor facility.
• Football cleats for the Grass workouts
• Athletic supporters ( several )
• NO STEREOS (walkman, I Pod, OK )
• Fan Optional
• Light jacket or sweatshirt
• Bathing Suit
• Sweat pants
• Toiletries, Baby Powder
• Towels, Pillows, Insect repellent, Flashlight
• Linens, Bed sheets, Blanket or Sleeping bag,
• No more than $25.00 for spending Money. Has a Canteen to get snacks
• ( there is NO--7-11, or PIZZA Delivery)
• Small cooler is OK with small amounts of snacks

1. Be where you are supposed to be
2. No Hazing of any type
3. Dawn Patrol is at 5:00 a.m.
4. The School Athletic Policy is in effect
