21th Annual Country Art and Craft Show

Saturday, December 3, 2011 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
At the Beautiful South Lyon High School Arena and Commons
(at the corner of Pontiac Trail and 11 Mile Road)
1. Media: Any hand-crafted media is acceptable for the juried
section of the show.
2. Entry: This show will have a juried section in the arena and a vendor section in the commons.
The locations are well separated.
All applicants please submit photos of your offerings and display.
Approximate jury dates: mid March, mid May, mid August, mid September.
The South Lyon Football Boosters reserve the right to refuse any applicants.
3. Booths: Booth space is 10’ x 10’. All crafters will be located in our beautiful arena and commons areas.
Electricity will be available at additional cost.
No tables will be provided. If possible please bring your own chairs
(High Schoolers do not take very good care of the ones we have.)
4. Fees: Booths cost $60.00. Electricity is an additional $5.00 per booth.
Payment is non-refundable.
Additional electricity cost due on the day of the craft show.
Electricity is very limited. Only 40 booths can access electricity.
5. Sales and Taxes: Sales are transacted by individual crafters.
Crafters are responsible for their own Michigan State sales tax.
***Friday night set-up is available between 7:00-9:00 p.m. and
Saturday set-up is available between 8:00-10:00 a.m.
***Hosts and hostesses will be available to assist you both Friday and Saturday.
***Concession food will be available for your convenience.
***Extensive advertising will encourage attendance.
